Important Information Regarding Unsolicited Email (Spam)
If you are unable to unsubscribe to our mailing list you may have been the
victim of unsolicited email (spam) and the email you have received may not
have come from our mailing list at all.
Parties with whom we have no relationship whatsoever may have
used the name of Pennaluna & Company without our knowledge or authorization
in their unsolicited emailings.
Most recently our name and website address were used without our permission
in spam originating from an entity calling itself 'OTC Network News'.
If you believe this may be the case, please let us know so we may
investigate and take appropriate measures.
We do not send unsolicited emails and are fully opposed to this practice. We
also will not sell or otherwise provide the information of individuals on
our opt-in mailinglists to any outside organizations.
As a company that prides itself in a reputation built over 75 years, we hold
ourselves to standards that seek to maintain this reputation for years to
come.
