Save on your Canadian trades — stocks and warrants
We've been trading Canadian stocks for decades. We're pretty good at it.
Some of those giant "discount" firms will charge you extra for Canadian trades. We don't. Their trade execution and order fills may not measure up either, because we route orders directly to the Canadian trading desk and not through an intermediary.
And there's never an extra charge for your Canadian warrant trades.
Sell restricted stock too
We can help you remove the legend and sell your restricted U.S. shares under Rule 144 and restricted Canadian shares under Rule 904.
We'll handle the involved compliance paperwork and logistical complexity of seller's and broker's letters, clearing corporations, transfer agents, issuers, issuers counsel, and legal opinions when required.

Illiquid stocks; special situations; legend removal and sale of restricted securities: 3 % minimum commission (not including transfer charges or legal opinion letter, if required) quoted in advance of trade. Ancillary service fees are unrelated to commissions, subject to change and may vary by individual security involved, if any: returned check, $40; trade extension, $10; full transfer of account, $30; transfer and ship certificate, $300; legal transfer, $25; physical reorganization, $20; stop payment, $15; one year inactivity fee (no trades for entire year and under $10,000 cash in account on Dec 31), $35.
