Important Information Regarding Unsolicited Email (Spam)

If you receive an email that mentions Pennaluna and has a link to our site or was purportedly sent by us… but you’re unable to unsubscribe to our mailing list… you may have received an unsolicited email (spam) sent by someone else.

The email may not have come from our mailing list at all.

At least once in the past, parties with whom we had no relationship used the name of Pennaluna & Company and our website address in unsolicited emails -- without our knowledge or permission.

If you believe you have received such an email, please let us know so we can take appropriate measures.

Here is our position on spam:

• We do not send unsolicited emails and we strongly oppose the practice.
• We do not sell or share the information of those on our opt-in mailing lists.
• Pennaluna first opened its doors over 77 years ago. We hold ourselves to standards intended to keep a strong business reputation far into the future. Naturally this does not include spamming people.
