Individual and joint accounts
The easiest and quickest way to apply is online.
To request an electronic online application, please email us at
pennaluna@pennaluna.com and include:
- your name, and
- your state of residence.
After we receive your request, we will email you a link to an easy step-by-step application you can quickly complete online.
Partnership, corporation, IRA and other special accounts
We can send these applications to you in either electronic or paper format. (You will need to print out the electronic version.)
You can request them in several ways:
- email us at pennaluna@pennaluna.com , including your name, state of residence, and type of account
- call us at 800-535-5329
- fax us at 208-664-2283, including your name, address, and type of account
- send snail mail that includes your name, address, and type of account to:
